This one bedroom apartment is situated in a newly built luxury apartment complex on the Black Sea coast in Ravda. Ravda is small, picturesque town 3 km from the historical old town and World Heritage site of Nessebar. Ravda offers sporting facilities, and fine sandy beaches with a life-guard, umbrellas and deckchairs on the beach. In the centre of town there is a multifunctional building with a fitness centre, library, post office and health centre. In the summer, there are sporting schools for yachting, water skiing, wind surfing, rowing and swimming. The apartment is located on the beach and is a 3 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. The apartment is a 25 minute drive from Bourgas airport.

The apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people with one double bedroom (2 single beds) and a double sofa-bed in the living area. The kitchenette comes with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and the bathroom contains a bath, shower and toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned, has cable tv and has two large balconies – one attached to the bedroom overlooking the green hills to the north, and one attached to the living area overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful blue waters of the sea. The reception is located on the ground floor of the complex along with a restaurant, bar and shop. 

 

There are two balconies - one outside the living room overlooking the sea and one outside the bedroom facing north, overlooking the hills. Other equipment may be available upon request.
