The villa is located in Priseltsi, Priseltci is the first town you reach when traveling south from Varna and offers everything you would expect from a small town. Just 6 minutes walk away for this stunningly set villa is a bar and restaurant. The restaurant is famous for its fantastic traditional Bulgarian food, and is visited by thousands of tourists each year.

Varna is just 15km from the Villa it has developed over the last few years and whilst it still has a typically Bulgarian charm, you will increasingly find Varna is a shopping mecca with a number of fantastic Shopping Malls. There are many nice restaurants in the city centre, and night life is centred around the beach areas bars and clubs.

Kamchia beach is located 10 minutes drive south of Priseltsi, it is situated close to a UNESCO nature reserve and is one of the most beautiful sights along the Bulgarian coast. Besides various trees, bushes, ferns, reeds and yellow water lilies, the region it is best known for its wide beaches, and the river Kamchia.

The resort of Kamchia is largely undeveloped, however there are a few nice restaurants/bistros and bars offering delicious sea food. There is a good restaurant in the area called Poda, which is situated at the rivers mouth.
