Rogachevo is a small, hillside village located 25 km north from Varna and only 8km and 5km respectively, from the international beach resorts of Golden Sands and Albena. Two new golf courses are in the process of construction less than 15 km away. Rogachevo has rapidly become known as Beverley Hills due to the increasing number of high profile people living here and the amount of top quality villas in existence.
This quiet village enjoys extensive views to the forests and mountains and the Black Sea. It still offers all the charms of rural Bulgarian life with sheep and goatherds grazing on the hillside and animals running free in the streets. It provides spectacular panoramic views as well as an extremely safe environment for children to play. The local people are welcoming and friendly and love the English. There are 4 generous sized double bedrooms upstairs, all leading out onto a spacious balcony. One has an ensuite, the rest share a large bathroom with shower and bath. Each room has air conditioning which also gives out heat for winter.
The fifth bedroom is downstairs and there is a bathroom with shower closeby. There is a double sofa bed in this room, but no air conditioning.
There is a large open plan lounge/ diner and kitchen with a utility room adjacent. The lounge area leads onto a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy village life and the panorama. 

There is a front garden which is lawned and surrounded by a small wall. There is a free pool in the village and it is close to the sea. there is a garage where you can store possessions like airbeds.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Bedroom 5 downstairs. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
