Villa Avalon Seaview is situated on a terraced hillside, commonly referred to as Golden Fish, an area zoned for summer villas, overlooking Albena and Balchik. It is accessed via a single track road leading off the main coast road from Albena to Balchik.

This spacious villa lies about 4 km away from the family hotel resort of Albena and has a spectacular view over the sea and resort. It offers to its guests 5 bedrooms: 4 on the first floor with two shower-rooms and one spacious studio on the second floor with its own shower-room and WC. The ground floor living room features a handsome fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and cozy sitting area with cable TV corner. In the kitchen you will find all you need for a perfect self-catering holiday: refrigerator, microwave oven, extractor, toaster, coffee machine, juicer. Just beside is the dining table to seat 8 and with 4 additional folding chairs to offer comfort for a total of 12 people.

On the ground floor you will spend long leisurely evenings with your family and friends and relax after the hot day on the beach. The spacious terrace is just overlooking the villa garden and the sea. On the ground floor there is as well a washing machine room and separate WC with a shower.

Each bedroom has access to a spacious wrap-around sun deck above the ground level or has its own balcony with a view on the sea, where you can sunbathe on the lounge chairs, sip on a drink, or just enjoy the view.
 

Albena is a Blue Flag winning resort on the Black Sea coast, with vast sandy beaches and clean sea. It has a temperate continental climate in summer the air temperature is over 25ºC and often reaches 29-40ºC (May and September 20-25ºC and April and October 15-19ºC). It is very safe for bathing and other water sports.
Albena has it all: sport and recreation facilities, numerous entertainment spots, restaurants, nightlife in bars. There are more than 100 catering establishments, ranging from top class restaurants to fast food outlets…all very friendly and clean.
For the more energetic there is water skiing, para-sailing, yachting, surfing, jets, underwater fishing, tennis, mini golf, bowling, riding, beach volleyball, aerobics, hang-gliding. Also children’s amusements. ….fun-fair, kid’s discos, mini-trains, trampolines, etc.
In the town there is a street market every day where you can purchase many beautiful Bulgarian souvenirs, have your hair braided, your portrait painted and much more.
 

Balchik is a town and seaside resort situated terrace-like on a small bay up the coast from Albena. Apart from its palace and botanical gardens, the town attracts tourists with its ancient atmosphere that has been preserved for centuries. After the Balkan war in 1913 Balchik was included in the territories of Romania. It became a luxurious resort and Queen Maria built a palace and botanical gardens, a chapel and a villa for the Romanian aristocracy. After 1940 Balchik was again included in Bulgarian territory.
The Palace Complex, built between 1924-1936 consists of a central palace with high tower, numerous buildings in a modern style at the time, a terraced park, paths, stone summer houses propped on marvellous columns facing the sea, a throne under an old tree where Queen Maria loved to sit and watch the sun set, a small chapel where her heart is preserved. The botanical gardens have more than 3000 rare and exotic species of plants.
 

There is an additional small attick-type room next to the studio with a skylight only and a double bed.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Studio apartment - 2nd floor. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.
