The property is a 2 bedroom semi detached Villa, set in a private complex of 41 similar Villa’s, with picturesque surroundings. The complex has a shop which sells basic commodities and a restaurant due to open shortly, there is also 24hr security and secure parking to the edges of the complex. 

A 5 minute walk up the road is a superb restaurant locally known as The Hunter’s Lodge, which on most Wednesday’s during the season puts on show containing a traditional Bulgarian Wedding ceremony and also includes a fire walker. The cuisine supplied is quite varied and excellent value. A further 5 minute walk up the road is another local restaurant, again with excellent cuisine and value for money. Both are well worth visiting.  

There is a bus service from the complex run in conjunction with other nearby complexes, which runs regularly to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. There is also a local regular bus service to Sunny Beach which stops directly outside the complex with fares costing approximately 30p pp. Both services have an approximate travel time of 10-20 mins. Taxis are also available, which will collect you from outside the site office.

Having caught a bus into Sunny Beach main terminus, you can catch a bus to all areas. Shopping trip to Bourgas takes approximately 1 hour. The old town of Sozopol takes approximately 2 hours.

As you can see from the above, you can travel to most places via public transport so it is not a necessity to hire a car. There are plenty of taxis at Bourgas Airport with a transfer cost of approximately £25 each way.
 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
