The air-conditioned villa is situated in the rural setting of Bryastovets Village and is 20 minutes from Bourgas city and the airport in one direction and 20 minutes from the popular tourist areas of Sunny Beach and Nessebur in the other.

Transfers to and from Bourgas airport for up to 4 persons is included in the price, if an extra car is required this would be charged at £20 return, this must be requested at time of booking. 

The air-conditioned villa contains everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, complete with fta satellite television, DVD player, stereo hi-fi system and Play Station 2, which all come with a large selection of discs.

All bedding and towels including pool towels are supplied.

On the patio is a set of garden furniture for your personal use.

 

In the laundry/storeroom you will find a modern automatic washing machine with full instructions for use, also supplied is a large selection of inflatable pool toys for your enjoyment.

You will also find an iron and ironing board, mop, bucket and clothes airers.

The villa is equipped with everything you will require to enjoy a wonderful holiday. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Charlotte says: "Flew into Sofia and drove the six hours on normal roads to Bryastovetz. The property is not hard to find and we were met and escorted the final miles by Viv and Dave. The village is very quiet The property is one of 16, mostly privately owned surrounded by a fence. There is parking for a hire car inside the fence but we parked outside on the road. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want and the welcome pack was ideal. The weather was quite good but when it was poor and in the evenings, the stereo system with CDs and TV/DVDs provided excellent entertainment. The pool is very clean and well maintained and the gardens are tended daily. The restaraunt in the village was used frequently and whilst the food was OK, it was only just OK and they have some way to go to improve things. Exploring was fun, for us the resort of Sunny Bay was awful and to be avoided but there are much nicer stretches of coast, less touristy but you need to drive. In summary, we had a great time, enjoyed the property and being in Bryastovetz."
