Blue Vista is a newly constructed detached villa set in private walled gardens. It has an elevated position in a private villa zone overlooking Albena bay, with further views along the coast of Kranavo and Golden Sands. The villa is 2 kilometres from Albena resort and 5 kilometres from the historic town and resort of Balchik. Set on 2 levels the villa consists of a large lounge with open plan dining area fitted with modern and contempory furniture, 40 inch LCD flat screen cable TV, DVD and CD player with a selection of discs for both. A fully fitted kitchen with all cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, oven with hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine, a further freezer and small drinks fridge, a shower room is situated on this level. Both the lounge and dining room lead onto terraces.
On the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms with super king size beds, one is with e-suit and 1 twin bedroom there is also another bathroom on this level, all bedrooms lead onto the large upper sun terrace, where there are bistro tables with chairs and sun lounges.
Outside the villa. From the lounge steps lead to the pool, garden and BBQ area, where there are further sun lounge’s and a BBQ. The private pool is 3 X 5 mts 1.2 mts deep.
