You will enjoy this enclosed property only shared with a maximum of two other families. A nice garden (grass & trees) where you can peacefully enjoy barbecues and outside meals. Access to the swimming pool is also limited to our guests so that everyone can make the most of it.  

Just go up the street and you find your bread and meat, hairdresser, flowers, bank, beauty, bar, farm products...
If you prefer larger cities you are only a few miles away from Guingamp, Paimpol or Saint Brieuc.  

Our nearest beach is situated in the little town of Plouha (8km), but you have many other nice places to go to enjoy our nice little beachs: Saint Quay Portrieux, paimpol...

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed 1 double bunk bed located in the In the smallest double room, first floor. This gives room for up to 10 people.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Educated pets only. As the 4 houses are on the same property, pets have to be kept in leash, be clean and well-behaved and quiet. Attack dogs/animals will by no means be allowed within the property. Any damaged shall be paid for, all dejections are to be put in a bin.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

John says: "We were rather disappointed with this property, it was generally shabby and poorly maintained. Much of the furniture had seen better days, curtain rails were loose and/or curtains were not big enough, there was insufficient lighting in the bedrooms, and a protruding electrical cupboard on the stairs caused quite a few bruises. Elecrical problems at one of the other properties caused the circuit breaker in our property (which fed several houses) to trip regularly, luckily we were there to reset it most of the time. It was a great shame because with some (ok, a lot) of TLC it could have been a very pleasant holiday home."
