One of the things we fell in love with is the special balcony which is direct accessible by all the bedrooms! Very luckily there are only houses beside and behind the villa. The view in front of our villa is free and uniterrupted. The front view changes with the season from autumn yellow to spring green etc. No building permission in front of our property!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside walking, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, tennis.
