This is a year round destination where, as well as experiencing the beauty of the Cote d'Or and the history of Beaune, you can just laze by our pool throughout the summer months or enjoy a roaring open fire for a cosy winter break. 

The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished around an open wood burning fireplace with TV, DVD and CD players. Uk terrestrial TV stations is available.

The apartment has a dining space as well as an area for outdoor dining and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a multifunction oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer for the four apartments to share.
The double bedroom have a fully en-suite shower room.


 

Outdoor dining space, shared gardens, heated swimming pool, barbeque and picnic area, free use of outdoor, floodlit tennis courts at 1km, off-street parking.

We provide a Welcome Pack of basics which typically includes milk, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, bottled water, jam, cereal, biscuits, crisps, salt & pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, cut flowers and of course, a bottle of local wine.

The apartment is stocked with essentials ie handsoap, toilet rolls, kitchen paper, paper napkins, tea lights, matches, foil, clingfilm, binbags, lightbulbs.

Within 15mins of the apartment there are: Grocery store and Bar,and many historic wine villages & vineyards, museums, restaurants, and supermarkets & local village markets.

Upto 45mins further then you can enjoy many more of the historic towns and monuments Burgundy has to offer, along with canal trips and boat hire


 

On site is a private pool for the 4 apartments Dimensions: 10m x 5m and 1.2m deep all the way

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Ground floor, with everything in the apartment on one level. Small step upto the entrance and wide enough entrance for wheelchair.
Suitable for elderly/infirm/walking difficulties.

With advance notice a ramp could be made available if needed.
Likewise for pool area. All assistance will be provided to make access to pool area as easy as possible for any disabled visitors.
