This pleasant beach side ground floor apartment is situated halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella with views across the Mediterranean to North Africa. The gated complex is delightfully laid out with attractive gardens rolling down past the large communal pool with private access the beach.
Although not a prerequisite, a car gives the opportunity to explore the surrounding towns of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola with ease and for those hiring a car there is adequate parking.

 

The Sol and Open Cor supermarkets are within easy walking distance, as are the bus stops for Marbella and Fuengirola.
For those not wishing to drive yet wish to sample the many attractions the coast has to offer, there are organised trips, which pick up at Calahonda, as well as having a local bus stop at the entrance gate. 

The apartment consists of an entrance hall which leads to an open plan lounge dining area with feature fireplace from which leads the south facing balcony, an ideal place for that BBQ al fresco. The kitchen is fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher. Off the dining area is access to the double bedroom with en suit bathroom, twin bedroom and full bathroom. There is Sat TV and a video player. Videos can be hired locally.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

John says: "The location of the property is ideal and its not necessary to have a hire car unless you want to go further afield. The pool area was good for the children and there is direct access to the beach - via a locked gate which is a sensible precaution. The apartment itself is a good size and well equipped though if it were mine (I should be so lucky) I would probably give the kitchen a bit a refurb as its a bit dated - but it all works OK. Will certainly go back again."
