The Dining area has seating for 6 people with a seperate Terrace, Table and chairs to seat 6 for alfresco dining and entertaining off the dining area. The Sitting area has seating for 6 people and two set of sliding doors lead onto a very large Terrace with stunning sea views and Sun loungers for sun bathing. There is a lift to Penthouse from the undergroud carpark and 2 Parking Spaces provided.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Arrived back safely late last night from Sunny Calahonda.

We all had a terrific time, enjoying the beautiful weather and the
comforts of your beautiful penthouse.

The property was fantastic to say the least, it was a true "home , away
from home". I would have no hesitation in referring friends and family
members to contact you with a view to renting it some time.

Many thanks for all your assistance in making this break such a
memorable one.

I would be grateful also if you would pass on our thanks to Maureen for
her kindness and assistance on our vist to La Cascadas. We look
forward to meeting her again in the future.
