This is a private villa available whilst the owner is attending an extended course in the UK. This is a permanent residence as opposed to a holiday home. Set amongst the Empedrola community on the outskirts of Calpe, this modern property has been stylishly furnished throughout and enjoys beautiful well kept gardens which surround the swimming pool and sun terrace. 

The villa is in an ideal position – not overlooked by neighbours and completely private. Covered parking space. A superb built-in barbecue and covered eating area overlooks the pool and is ideal for al fresco dining.  

Calpe and its wide variety of amenities and sandy beaches can be found within a ten minute drive. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the In bedroom 4. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are not welcome

The property is on one level except for the main entrance, where there are four steps, otherwise there are no obstacles for wheelchairs. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a zoo, a themepark.

Ideal for country walks and rambling, lots of fauna and flora nearby.

Owner reply:
We have since updated and improved the directions to the property and now it is very easy to find.
With regards to the hot water, the boiler has been replaced and this is no longer a problem. This year (2008) we have improved many of the facilities and also have an excellent changeover/cleaning person who also is on call should there be any unforseen problems.
We aim to maintain a high standard and hope our visitors continue to enjoy their stay with us.
