The villa is fully equipped with absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable and peaceful holiday.

 

Playa Blanca is a charming former fishing village that appeals particularly to families and couples.

To the east of the village are the famous Papagayo beaches considered by many to be the finest in the Canary Islands.

The villa is situated to the west of Playa Blanca towards the lighthouse. There is a nice rocky beach within 5 minutes walk, whilst the lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants of Playa Flamingo are a 20 minute walk away.

The village of Playa Blanca, with it’s beaches, restaurant’s, bank and other facilities is a short 5 minutes drive from the villa. Taxis can be hired and are very inexpensive.

The villa is located within a 2-3 minute walk of the impressive 5 star Rubicon Hotel. Guests of the villa are welcome to use the hotel’s extensive facilities, including thallasotherapy centre.

The villa is set in an area particularly suited to snorkelling and scuba diving. There are several PADI dive centres situated within walking distance. Guests will find a wide range of sporting and recreational activities within the resort.

 

 

The property has extensive views to the rear of the Montana Roja.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

Thallasotherapy centre and gymnasium at the near-by (3 minutes away) Rubicon hotel.
