It is a magnificent three bedroom Villa, complete with gardens and heated swimming pool, set on the edge of Adeje Championship Golf Course, overlooking the 15th tee. It is located about 15 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.

The Villa has its own garage with electronically operated door for parking 2 cars, and you enter via a “video doorman” system into the front terrace. Passing through the lovely double wooden doors, you come into the entry vestibule, from which you can access the lounge, kitchen, the second en-suite bedroom and the guest bathroom, and the stairs to the upper level.

Everything aspect of the villa has been thought through carefully to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have even provided a PC with free internet access too! Or you can bring your laptop and connect to our wireless broadband.

The ultra-modern kitchen is separate, except for a serving hatch, and has every modern appliance imaginable, all of the fixed appliances are made by Bosch, and are fitted into the high class floor and wall units, topped by granite worktops.

The hallway takes you past the guest toilet, to the lovely second bedroom, which has of course built in wardrobes, and an en suite with bath and shower over. There are patio doors to the rear of the property, looking out to the golf course, the Atlantic and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Also off the vestibule is the fabulous lounge with seven metres of windows and patio doors looking over the golf course, the Ocean and up to three of the other islands, offering the most magnificent view imaginable. The lounge is furnished with luxurious leather suites with recliners for relaxation, dining area with extendable table and leather chairs, and a magnificent 42 inch plasma TV, with multi programs, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4.

Moving upstairs, on the right is the third bedroom, which has a wardrobe and double bed, and for those who suddenly find their party increased to seven, there is a handy additional single bunk bed.

Next door is the fantastic master bedroom, with en-suite and dressing area, and private balcony off. The views to the front are again over the 15th fairway and out to the sea, and to the left you can see all of the way out to Playa de Las Americas, and the point of Parque Santiago. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi style bath and shower over, and the dressing room has extensive wardrobes and a dressing area. At the other side of the master bedroom there is an open balcony, where you can relax and idle the hours away when you have had enough of the year round sunshine.

Moving outside, there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow) which children or adults can play on in complete safety. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to enjoy the panoramic views from Parque Santiago to Callao Salvaje and beyond.

This is a truly magnificent property, delicately furnished with the most luxurious fittings and one which will give the guests a holiday of a lifetime.  

Externally, the town of Adeje is only one kilometer inland, and the lovely village of La Caleta is on the coastline one kilometer below. There are a large number of high class bars and restaurants available in these locations, and the major towns of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, are only a five to ten minute taxi ride away.
 

For golfers, the course at Adeje, is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course, and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, and there are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur (twenty-seven holes), Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island, and if you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera (35 minutes) and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.
For the rest of us, Tenerife offers every sport and pastime imaginable, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin spotting ,tennis, squash, numerous spas, you name it, we’ve got it! And when you’ve had enough of all that, you can just sunbath 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely drop below 22º in winter.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Tim says: "The villa itself was fantastic. The facilities were good and in the main the property was in good order. There were a few problems which detracted from the overall wow factor. The blinds were broken in several areas and need replacing. The DVD player was impossible to use and the balcony furniture was ripped. For us the biggest problem was that the golf resort appears to have no focal point e.g. cafe.and play park. This would have made a huge diff as we dont particularly like driving everywhere and it will add a huge amount to the appeal of the villa. The issues with the villa could be easily rectified and maybe as the resort develops they will put in some more facilities."
