Villa Jasmin has spacious grounds with landscaped gardens, patio, heated swimming pool and a shaded area. The villa has high quality wooden sunloungers and a patio table and chairs. A parking area for one car can be found at the rear of the villa. NEWS FLASH - VILLA JASMIN NOW HAS A HOT TUB SPA! 

Playa Blanca has a cosmapolitan feel with a brand new marina, (Marina Rubicon), luxury boats, boutiques and excellent waterfront restaurants and bars. All of the tourist attractions on the island are within easy reach and the airport itself is only a 30 minute drive away. 

The villa boasts mountain and sea view and the sea is a 2 minute stroll away. The nearest shop, bars, restaurant, chinese and cafe is only a 10 minute walk on Faro Park. Despite this, I would recommend car hire as these facilities can be limiting. If you follow the pedestrianised walk along the seafront, it will take you to Playa Blanca town.  

The villa has luxurious marble flooring thoughout and has been fitted to the absolute highest standards. The lounge has a high domed ceiling, keeping it cool in the daytime heat. Complete with leather suite, flatscreen TV with full sky tv package, dvd and cd player. Villa Jasmin has two luxurious marble bathrooms, one with bath and overhead shower with wc and sink. The other with wc, sink and walk in double shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. The Alfresco dining area seats up to 8 around a marble table with outside lighting for the evening. Utility/solana area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for everyone. The master bedroom has a kingsized sleigh bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a fifth bed/cot should it be needed. The quality of the linen, towels,soft furnishings, fixtures and fittings are second to none.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites, a museum.

Caves, Lagoon, Wine Tasting, Timanfaya Volcanoe, Camel Rides, AquaparK, Cactus Gardens.
