Casa Canela is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private electrically heated pool, the pool has a hydomassage zone for serious relaxation. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa is ideal for the families with children and for large groups.

The master bedroom is en-suite, with shower over bath, there is a two single beds together, with a cradle, and doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Two comfortable double sofa beds are located in the living room and these can sleep two adult each.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Leading out of the kitchen is an open solana (utility) area where the washing machine is located.

For home entertainment there is satellite TV with international and local TV channels, HOME CINEMA player, with a good selection of films and a radio with CD player. The dining area has a table and eight chairs.

Patio doors from the living area lead out onto the pool area which is fully walled for your privacy and there is also a roof terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains. Patio furniture is provided for that all essential BBQ! Together with adjustable eight sun beds for lounging around the pool.

On the upper floor there a solarium to sunbathe in total privacy.

For storing your valuables there is a safe provided.

There is off road gated parking.

The villa is located in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca, near to the 8 white beaches of Papagayo which some say are the best in Spain.

You can reach Playa Dorada beach within a 20 minutes walk to Dorada Beach and here you will find a commercial centre which has several units, including a supermarket, shops, an Irish Bar, Burger King (for the kids!), a great Chinease restaurant, Spanish tapas bars and much more.
 

Playa Blanca is located on the south of the island and still retains the atmosphere of a once small fishing village. This flourishing but tranquil resort is ideal for family and for people looking for relaxation: with its beach borderlined by picturesque restaurants and a shop lined promenade, it is always almost basked in warm sunshine and offers superb views of the mountains and the island of Lobo and Fuerteventura.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living Room 2 double bunk beds located in the Bedroom. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

At 2 minutes drive there is a children's playground with a nursery named KIKOLAND.
