Each bedroom features large sliding wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables.

The villa boasts a large tiled patio area which is ideal for al-fresco dining. It is fitted with a retractable canopy which can create a shady area to relax in when the sun is at its peak.

This very private villa is situated in the quiet complex of El Palomar which is just a 15 minute stroll into the heart of Playa Blanca with its large choice of restaurants and bars

The semi-detached villa is at the rear of the complex on Inglaterra Road and has the added benefit of off-road parking if required on the private drive behind locked gates.

The 500 square metre plot has a typical Lanzarote cactus garden, plus large shaped, stepped and heated pool with extensive patio areas complete with table, chairs and sun loungers.

We arrange everything for you - the villa is fully managed by a professional company based in Playa Blanca (English speaking). The villa is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival, the pool is cleaned and checked twice per week, and all towels and quality bed linen are provided for your stay - its just like your own home - without the chores! 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
