This villa is probably the best villa in the La Quinta area. The original villa was knocked down and this 2 storey one built in its place. The owner had the villa built to his own specifications and the result is a brand new luxury 4 bed villa where nothing has been overlooked.

The villa has security gates at the front with an intercom to allow you to buzz people in from the outside.

As you walk into the villa you will see steps to the upstairs. Here you have a gorgeous master bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath!! The perfect place to relax after a hard days sunbathing!

Off the master bedroom is private balcony. From here you have gorgeous sea views across the golf course. For those who like to pass the time of day watching the golfers go by, the balcony literally sits above the green.

The master also has a large walk-in wardrobe.

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and large fitted wardrobes and next door to that the 3rd bedroom has a 3/4 size double bed and wardrobes. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. On this side of the villa (the opposite side to the Golf course) there is a balcony that runs the whole length of the villa. From here you not only have lovely sea views but it's catches the evening sunshine so is a gorgeous place to watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink!

Back downstairs, and to the right as you walk in there is 4th bedroom which also has a separe entrance. It has a single bed and it's own ensuite. A further fold up bed is provided in this bedroom if required.

There is also a downstairs toliet.

To the left of the entrance is the spacious kitchen which is very fresh and crisp. It is particularly well equipped and All the appliances are new and of good quality.

Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining area with a high quaity table and 8 chairs. From here you move into the beautifully furnished living room with patio doors that open out to the pool.

Satellite TV is supplied with BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.

The private swimming pool is elecrtically heated so keeps constant temperature all year round. A patio table and 6 chairs are provided, along with plenty of sunbeds and a rocking chair. A BBQ is also provided.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where there is a also lovely restaurant.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villas and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Location
15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Towels and linen change once a week.

Car Hire
A car is recommend for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.  

This villa is managed by a local management company who have offices in Golf Del Sur (2 minutes drive away). Many people book in the reassurance they are close by should we be needed during your stay.

Their details will be sent to you when you have booked and they will liaise closely with you to arrange a smooth arrival is ensured.

They also provide a very popular taxi meet and greet service and also have a fleet of cars for hire. Cars can be left at the airport for you along with the keys to the villa. 

There is also fold up bed in the single bedroom so the villa can sleep 8. pool is electrically heated so keeps a lovely all year round temperature.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

The villa is set within the grounds of the Amarilla Golf and Country Club Golf Course.

Even from the outside, it stands out a mile amongst the other villas in the area. Having stayed in villas all around the world, this ranks up there amongst the best. Everything was brand new and immaculate. It was a pleasure just to relax and spend time in the villa and just enjoy it - the heated pool was a real bonus too! Excellent service from the management company throughout. We're already looking to return next year."
