The complex of Chipipeque is very well maintained and ha a lovely pool area.

The apartment has just been refurbished and looks sparkling and new. English TV is provided (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4). It also benefits from air conditioning too!

The fully fitted Kitchen keeps nice and separate from the lounge which has a large sofa / sofa bed, coffee table, TV and DVD player. From here you walk out to the balcony with a further patio table and 4 chairs and views out over Los Cristianos.

The well designed pool area acts as a real suntrap and is therefore ideal for sun worshippers. The Pool Bar serves snacks and has a very friendly atmosphere.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities and includes a lovely pool bar and restaurant.

This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.

The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10-15 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who's details will be given to you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.

A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Robin says: "We had a great holiday at the Chipeque apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was nice, although only one of the three showers was working! We were slightly disappointed that T.V. viewing was very limited as we had expected to be able to watch BBC ITV, etc. However this did not detract from our over-all enjoyment of the holiday. The Chipeque reception and lounge area was a bit jaded and out of date and could do with a refurb. Again, however, this became irrelevant as we did not spend any time there. The apartment complex was at the top of a hill, which we initially found a bit daunting. We did get the hang of it and the exercise was beneficial! All things considered we had a great time and would certainly recommend the area to friends."

The complex hopes to have BBC, ITV installed this year (2008) but there are other satellite channels.

Just to correct you on one point, the complex is actually only half way up the hill so we've never found this a problem. It is located in what is generally thought of as being the nicest area in Los Cristianos.
