There are 4 large bedrooms include 2 family rooms (with bunk beds & extra bed in each) and 1 with ensuite and a separate family bathroom.
The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, and all the comforts of home. There is also satellite TV, DVD, and music centre. Outside, a large HEATED swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub (which can seat 5 adults) dominate the spacious terraces for el-fresco dining, as well as a brick built barbeque area. The garden is surrounded by high walls for privacy and parking for 3 cars.
You are just 5 minutes walk from the beach, where you can walk for 21 km along Costa Calma golden sands if you have the energy. You are also a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the portable, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge, 1 double bunk bed located in the in double room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Gary says: "Well equipped, lots of space and it has a hot tub! It was the only villa we could find that had enough sleeping arrangements for our group. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great for kids - nice touch with loads of toys, DVDs and videos. Great to be able to fully enclose of the villa from the outside too. Brian and his wife who oversee the property do a great job and are very helpful - thanks guys. THe only slight negitive points would be that the pools not heated so can be a bit cold outside the summer months. Not the fault of the villa, but Costa Calma has very few nice places to eat. Still, you're most likely going to need a car so get out and explore! The video tape heads needed cleaning during our stay."
