Ocean Golf and Country Club is a new, high quality development close to the golf course. It has three swimming pools on two levels, one heated and one a childrens pool.
The apartment is on the second floor and balcony is high up giving wonderful views across the resort of Golf Del Sur. The ocean is in front of you and the golf course to the left. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canaria can be seen along with Tenerifes famous Red Rock, appropriately named as it turns a deep red colour as it heats up in the sunshine.
The apartment is presented in immaculate condition. It has been kept to a very high standard.
It has one bedroom with twin beds, fully tiled bathroom, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, and a spacious lounge with a two seater sofa bed and armchair. A cot or Z bed can be provided if necessary.
Satellite TV is provided with BBC 1 & 2, ITV 1, Channel 4 and Sky Sports.There is also a DVD player and hi-fi with CD player, tape deck and radio.
Bars, resaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. The new marina is close by as is the main shopping at San Blas where there are also bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
