On the popular Sur-Y-Sol complex
Self catering apartment recently refurbished to a high standard. Close to all local amenities Inc Shops, Bars, Restaurant and Beaches, Just 100m from Los Cristianos Seafront. Suitable for people with walking difficulties with no hills to climb. Onsite supermarket.
The apartment has fully fitted kitchen which includes oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, toaster, kettle and ironing board. Twin bedroom with large built in wardrobe & safe also chest of drawers with mirror.
Dining area has seating for 4 and spacious lounge with sofa bed. Large walk in shower with non slip tiles for added safety. All bedding and towels are provided but beach towels are not provided. The apartment has a light and airy feel and has sleeping facilities for 5 people.
To the exterior of the apartment are 2 balconies, a large east facing balcony at the rear of the apartment over looking a garden area and at the front there is a smaller east facing balcony over looking the community pool.
The Sur Y Sol complex has a quiet community feel and is the perfect place for a relaxing break that said the complex is ideally situated within Los Cristianos being just 100m from the sea front and a 5 minute stroll from Los Cristianos town centre.

We really enjoyed our holiday at your apt, its ideally situated in the complex (fall out of bed into the pool '!!) and the complex is superbly situated in the resort, just 5 minutes from the beach and all the bars and restaurants you could want. Weather was a bit mixed but we still had a great time. We really liked your apt, We will probably be back again sometime and will certainly mention you to our friends.
