At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a really nice coffee shop (nice cakes!) and a chemist.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

The apartment is of the very highest quality and no expense has been spared to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur.

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that hey are close by. Relax in the knowledge that during your stay they are always on hand should you require them.

The company also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane and also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The apartment also benefits from it's own private underground parking space reached via electric gates. A lift will take you up to the apartment door. The Pool is heated!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

Golf Del Sur is home to a wonderful 27 hole Championship golf course.

This apartment is well situated to explore Mount Teide and it's fabulous cabe car ride!!

Mark says: "The service we received was overall very good - especially being met at the airport. The property was clean and in a very convenient location. The staff were helpful Our party of four included a 6 year old and an 80 year old, and if I was to consider returning to the resort I would ensure that the property we booked was equipped with air conditioning. The temperature was in the mid to high 80s while we were there and air conditioning would have provided welcome relief from the heat. Having said that, the apartment and pool area was exactly what we had expected and we were very pleased overall with the property"

Considering you stayed in late October, you certainly had an unusually hot heat wave. I assure you that ceiling fans, plus the nice sea breaze we get there are normally easily sufficient to keep you cool.
