This beautfiful and brand new Apartment is a luxurious 2nd home. Located on the 2nd floor of the prestigious Ocean Golf and Country Club complex of Golf Del Sur it has sea views from two out of the 3 terraces!

The front two terraces have sea views and get the morning / afternoon sun, whereas the back terraces gets it in the evening - the perfect mix!!

The apartment is of the very highest quality and no expense has been spared to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a lovey fresh crisp kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, a spacious living area and 2 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed and has an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom is a twin and has a separate bathroom.

A utility room houses a washing machine.

The front two terraces also overlook the lovely pool area.

At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a really nice tapas / wine batr, a coffee shop (nice cakes!) and a chemist.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that hey are close by. Relax in the knowledge that during your stay they are always on hand should you require them.

The company also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane and also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The apartment also benefits from its own private underground parking space reached via electric gates. A lift will take you up to the apartment door. The Pool is heated!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a themepark.

Belinda says: "SO COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN, MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE WITH ENGLISH T.V. THEY DEFINATLY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING EVEN DOWN TO SHOE SHINE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS TO PUT A COUPLE MORE TEA TOWELS AND AN OVEN GLOVE IN THERE. SORRY ONLY LITTLE THINGS BUT DONT NORMALLY COOK WHEN ON HOLIDAY BUT THE APARTMENT WAS SPOTLESS AND I COULDNT RESIST. THE AREA ITSELF IS A BIT PRICEY AND TALKING TO LOCALS TRADE IS DWINDLING. BUT WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT, DIDNT WANT TO COME HOME. MANY THANKS AGAIN BELINDA"
