The Villa:
This stunning 4 bed villa with private heated pool is definitely for the more discerning holiday maker.
The villa is completely private. You enter through iron gates and through the driveway. To the right of the drive, and through a picturesque archway is the gorgeous pool area. The pool is 9 x 5 metres and is heated in winter, October - April to a comfortable 26 degrees and has a cover to put over at night to keep the temperature.
8 sunloungers are provided around the pool, and a large veranda houses n outside dining area with table, chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also an outside bar, with stereo and 2 poolside televisions. The perfect place for a pool party!
Inside the villa, the living area is spacious with seating for 8 people. Air conditioining, A drinks bar, satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), a DVD player and air conditioning are all provided. An archway leads to the separate dining area with table and chairs for 8 people.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, fridge, dishwasher and television, the utility room is seperate with washing machine. There is also a seperate breakfast room just off the kitchen
The beautiful master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with steps up to a sunken bath, seperate shower, bidet, toilet & twin sinks. The 2nd bedroom also has a double and an ensuite.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have twin beds and share a large family bathroom.
Wrapping around the villa are its extensive and well landscaped gardens. There is a huge lawn (very rare in Tenerife) with lemon trees and approx 20 Palms.The villa is secluded and private, very well equiped with everything the more discerning traveller requires.
Just a short walk away from the Villa is the Golf del Sur's main shopping centre (San Blas) where you will find nightly entertainment outside the many bars/restaurants. The centre of San Blas also has several shops including gifts/souvenirs, clothes, perfume, video hire, supermarket, chemist and even a doctors surgery.
For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.

caroline says: "it was fab as we had trouble first with other villas electrics failed then went to villa and to find it over booked.however goin to bills made up for it he was so nice and more than helpful villa was georgus pool fab as we have special needs son who loves to swim.would recommend this villa to anyone cant fail to enjoy.it a bit big for just the three of us but would still be tempted to go for it again."
