If you want a new two bedroom luxury property in the centre of the resort (need for a car) with accommodation for 4 adults, Atlan is the holiday property for you.

There are 13 units in this private development and 11 have a pool view (might belong to another property). All of the units have a private entrance. If you have a car hired you can park it safely in the underground car park.

On leaving Atlan you are 1 minute away from the centre of the resort with all of its bars and restaurants. The beach, which is one of the safest family beaches around is a further minute walk away.

For evening entertainment for the family you can go to the Barcello hotel across the road, which has a very good kiddies entertainment programme and a cabaret for the older ones later on.

If you like a round of golf, there are 2 golf courses in the resort, one of which held the Spanish open in 2004.
Clubs can be rented from the club house.

For the shopper, there is a large shopping centre 15 minutes walk or a 3 minute drive from Atlan and if this is not big enough for you there is the Retunda shopping centre (one of the largest in the Canaries) in Puerto Del Rosario, just 15 minutes drive away.

If you want to visit the resort of Corralejo and its 6 kms of un-spoilt beaches it is a 45 minute drive away and a visit to Fuerteventura would not be complete without a swim in the lagoons of El Cotillo, again 45 minutes away on the north west coast.  

Each property has been finished to a very high standard and nothing has been forgotten when it comes to your comfort. All of the properties have air-conditioning and this also acts as a heating system if it gets a bit nippy at night time in the winter. In all of the rooms there is an internal music system so you can choose to listen to music all over the property. The kitchen comes fully fitted out with fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher and everything down to the oven glove.

The lounge comfortably accommodates 4 adults on the corner sofa and there is satellite TV, DVD/CD and some books for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room situated on the ground floor (the only steps are down to the pool) and comes with a fully fitted wardrobe, bedside lockers, reading lights and air-con. There is a down stairs toilet and shower room.

Bedroom 2 is a king size double and also has the same fittings as bedroom 1 with an en-suite and entrance to the upstairs terrace.

The ground floor terrace depending on the unit has ample space for outside dining and there is also the advantage of the upstairs terrace which you can use for sun bathing and dining also. There are 4 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs with a parasol for relaxing and enjoying the great weather that Fuerteventura has to offer.

You can specify a unit with morning, all day or evening sun, whichever suits you (once available).
 

 

All of the properties have private entrances and upstairs there is a private terrace for sun bathing and there is a communal swimming pool which is heated in the winter months. The resort centre and beach is literally across the road. There is evening entertainment and caberet available in the Barcello Hotel facing cascades.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Morag says: "I have stayed in Caleta many times before and this is by far the nicest property I have stayed in. The location is excellent! Although situated in the middle of the town, Caleta is a small friendly town so noise isnt a problem. Bars, restaurants and shops are all close by. The pool area is small but the property has a beautiful, large terrace upstairs with sunbeds which is great for sunbathing and means you dont have to get up at 9am to reserve your space!!! The pool itself is lovely, clean and generally quiet, we had a great time there. The property itself is clean, well equiped, nicely decorated, modern and decievingly spacious. It was a proper home from home. I would recommend this to anyone and hope to stay there again in the not too distant future."
