Villa Roja has the benefit of its own private heated pool facing southwest, enabling it to be in the sun for most of the day. Switch on the underwater lights at dusk and enjoy a poolside barbeque. Being only 5 minutes walk from the sea, this is the ideal location to relax.

The villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with TV/video and hi-fi.An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto a beautiful kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a utility room with washing machine.

Large patio doors lead out to the large terraces and heated private pool. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling double wardrobes in solid teak, with feature high domed ceiling above, leading to an ensuite full sized bathroom. The villa has a further double bedroom and bathroom..  

As it's name suggests, Playa Blanca is blessed with a large bay of fine well-kept sand, stretching the length of the town.

The almost permanently warm temperature climate in this southern area of the island may have something to do with the growth in tourism in recent years. Another factor is its sufficient port with excursions (30 min boat trip) to the Isle of Fuenteventura and two maritime companies have scheduled regular crossings in modern ferries in which vehicles may be carried at a perfectly reasonable rate. Bicycles can be hired by the half day or daily from various outlets throughout Playa Blanca or from the local hotels, at very reasonable rates.


Playa Blanca also boasts a fabulous new marina, Marina Rubicon - with fine restaurants and exquisite shopping. Here in Playa Blanca it is easy to see how traditional fishing crafts can peacefully rub shoulders with the somewhat luxury yachts. The town has every amenity you could wish for and is beautiful with scattered white houses built up around the ports, marina and coastline. The nearby beaches are breath-taking - probably the most natural and peaceful on Lanzarote.
Little coves nestling between the rocks calm the ferocity of the waves, the air is tranquil and is enhanced by the absence of any hotels, with the exception of a cosy typical restaurant separating the beaches of Papagayo and Le Sera, which along with the famous Playa De Mujeres (Women's Beach) are the 3 best known beaches. Fantastic diving/snorkelling for all ages and for those that don't glass bottomed boat rides can be taken. Many guests have written to say how much they had enjoyed their days at Papagayo.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 3 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
