It is located about 15 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.

The property is air-conditioned throughout, and every piece of furniture, every light fitting and accessory has been hand picked by the owners. Through the main entrance, there is an entry vestibule from where you can access the luxury kitchen, the lounge and separate dining room and all the bedrooms.

The kitchen consists of luxurious wall and floor units, topped with marble, and enhanced by top quality appliances by Siemans and Bosch, including Oven-hob, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and the large utility room with Bosch washing machine and dryer.

Into the dining area and lounge, you will witness some beautiful original paintings, contemporary furnishings, extendable dining table and chairs, and exquisite L-shaped sofa. There is a large 42” Phillips flatscreen TV with full English Channels, as well as a DVD & CD player.

From here you pass through the patio doors, onto the primary terrace and gardens, then onto the grassed area of artificial lawn. Here you have a table tennis table and a fully heated pool.

Back into the house and off the vestibule, is the “Venecia Room” which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and lovely “Venecia” furnishings. Adjacent to the “Venecia Room”, there is a shower room with WC and shower.

Moving upstairs, to the left is the “Red Room” with its own en-suite shower room, and red-flavoured furnishings and paintings, leather headboard, large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. Take the French doors through to the balcony, and witness an absolutely awesome view.

Now to the “Master” bedroom with its ultramodern furnishings, lighting and abstract painting, 2 double wardrobes in the dressing area, and a full luxury en suite bathroom. With views to the rear of the villa of the mountains, views to the front to the Atlantic Ocean, then pass through double patio doors to the balcony. Look left to Las Americas, forward to La Gomera, and right towards Playa Paraiso.

Entry to the property is gained through the secure gate, and two car parking is on the drive, inside a remote operated gate.

 

The villa is just a couple of minutes from the quaint Spanish town of Adeje and the fishing village of La Caleta. They both have an abundance of high quality restaurants and bars. Adeje Golf Course clubhouse is a few minutes walk away where snacks, drinks or a full meal can be purchased. If you are a golf then you can decide whether to play the par 72 “Old Course” Championship Golf Course, the 9 hole Los Lagos par 33, or just to sharpen up your game on one of the fanciest driving ranges you have ever seen!

The major resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, are only a five to ten minute taxi ride away.

The "Red room" has twin beds, ensuite WC and shower room and patio doors to the balcony. The "Master bedroom" has a double bed and it's own full ensuite bathroom. It also has patio doors to the balcony, shared with the "Red room".

Villa Grounds: Artificial grass, heated pool (7.5 metres by 3.25 metres) and gorgeous golf course and sea views. Table tennis table.

Location: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Las Americas, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Four other golf courses within 20 mins drive.

Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly. 

The villa has lovely views over the championsip golf course to the sea. The villa has air conditioning!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.
