Villa Caleta Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa with Sea Views
This beautiful luxury Villa is a perfect family getaway.
It has a large private swimming pool and is in a great location close to all ameneties, so you really don't need a car unless yo are off to explore the island.
There are wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance and the local harbour provides great water sports including Jet Ski hire, snorkeling and scuba diving.
There are a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops, and the Championship Golf Course (which hosted the 2004 Spanish open), is also only a 5 minutes drive away.
The spacious Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. It has been designed on two levels, great for large families or parties or as two apartments often ideal for 2 families that like to holiday together, but still like a little privacy. There is a large roof terrace a great place to sit & enjoy the stunning views to the sea, and breathtaking sunsets. At the rear of the Villa next to the pool there is a secluded patio with BBQ, sun-loungers, table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining or a great place for sun worshippers.
Bedrooms: Upper level - two bedrooms - one has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
Lower level - One double bedroom, and a further with twin beds and additional bedroom furniture.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath, shower wc and sink and the lower level has a large shower room with wc and sink, both are fully tiled floor to ceiling.
Kitchen: The property has 2 fully fitted and well equipped kitchens with full oven ceramic hob and full fridge freezer. The upper level also has a microwave, sandwich toaster, coffee maker.
Living Rooms: The lower level and has two leather settees, a coffee table a large wall unit with a TV, DVD cable TV and a CD/mini-system. The upper level has an open plan room with dining table TV and video recorder, also cable TV.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: There is full compliment of bed linen and hand and bath towels for each guest, these are all changed after 7 days.
