The prestigious Ocean Golf and Country Club is seen as one of Golf Del Sur's premier complexes. Offering a location between the sea, the mountain and the lush green golf course, all within well landscaped gardens and swimming pool, this is a very high quality complex.

This lovely first floor, two bed, two bath apartment is amongst the best on the complex. Immaculately kept and in pristine conditon it also includes AIR CONDITIONING!! Despite being elevated at the front, giving wonderful views (see photo), it is entered from street level making it particularly suitable for anyone who has difficulty negotiating stairs. The complex additionally has a lift to all floors

The apartment is built to a spacious open plan design. The main living space comprises a large through-room, with a living area which opens out on to the balcony with views over the pools, the golf course, and down to the sea.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of six, the living area having two settees, one of which makes into a sofa bed.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard, and has satelite TV with English TV channels and Sky Sports. It has a video, DVD player and a mini hi-fi, along with every appliance conceivably required

In the middle of the apartment is the dining area, with sideboard and a full dining table seating six.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fully fitted wardrobes with vanity unit. In the lobby to the master bedroom is a further fitted wardrobe unit. It opens out onto the balcony, with views overlooking the pools, the golf course and down to the sea.

Each bedroom has air conditioning, a radio alarm clock, an electric hair dryer, and overhead light fitting/fan.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with w.c, wash basin, bidet, and bath, with shower.

The open plan design kitchen has a ceramic hob with hood over, an oven and microwave, a fridge and a freezer. A full size washing machine is provided within the kitchen cupboard, as is an iron and ironing board.


Two people can breakfast at the breakfast bar, enjoying the views to the rear.

This block of Ocean Golf and Country Club has two pools, one of which is for childrens. The main pool is heated.

Every amenity is provided within walking distance. At the front of the complex there is a supermarket, a lovely wine bar / Tapas Bar, a coffee shop, a chemist, an Italian and Chinese restaurants. All guests must try the gorgeous Tapas bar called 'Dabdas' which has built up quite a reputation as a high quality establishment.

The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the sea front you will a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10 minute walk will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

The apartment is of the very highest quality and no expense has been spared to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Lounge and Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The kitchen leads to a large dining room area with dining room table and seating for 6 people.

The living room has 2 x settees (one is a sofa bed), coffee table, satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, Sky Sports, Video, DVD player and Hi-Fi.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed with patio doors to the balcony and lovely views. The 2nd bedroom has twin bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, celing fans, alarm clocks, fitted wardrobes and drawers. The master bedroom has a safe.

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos to Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
 

This apartment is looked after by a local management company who have stafff in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
