The Apartment
This penthouse apartment has just been updated by the new owners and is furnished to a very high standard in an attractive and modern style.
The main feature of the apartment is the spiral staircase from the living room that leads to a large roof terrace equipped with sunbeds and a barbeque. From here you not only have all day sunshine but also panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean and golf course.
The lounge consists of a new sofa and matching armchair, satellite television (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), DVD player and a mini hi-fi system. There is a separate dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has also just been refitted offering a modern and fresh room. The balcony leading from the lounge overlooks the swimming pool.
The balcony gets the morning sunshine and is a lovely place to take breakfast. From here you can move to the private roof terrace where of course you will have sun all day long! It's a perfect place to watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink!

From the roof you also get gorgeous panoramic views over the resort to the mountain, golf course and sea!

Golf Park is a very tranquil complex and has 3 swimming pools, one being a child’s pool. To one end of the pools there is a Restaurant and to the front of the complex there is a whole parade of shops consisting of a supermarket, restaurant, rent a car, Italian pizza house and several bars.
The Commercial Centre where there are plenty of places to dine, shop and have fun with the nightly shows and cabaret acts is a mere 10 minutes walk away and the new marina only 5 minutes walk.
Golf Park is built on two floors and this apartment is obviously on the 2nd floor.
