Being a penthouse, this apartments not only benefits from a very sunny balcony but also has lovely views over Los Cristianos, to the harbour and sea. What better place to chill out with a nice cold drink in the sun...!?!

Port Royale is a very popular complex with its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The complex has an italian restaurant (and take-away) on site and has a launderette.

It is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sport facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc).

The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15 minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk.

The apartment is well furnished, with two sofas in the living room. Satellite TV with full English TV and Sky is provided.

The cosy bedroom has twin beds (can be pulled together to make a double) with bedside tables and fitted mwardrobes.

The fresh kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob and microwave. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Patio doors from the living room lead to the balcony and these gorgeous views to the sea and also into the harbour at Los Cristianos.

The complex has a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols, free of charge.

20 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes walk to Los Cristianos centre and beach. 5 mins driving to Playa de Las Americas. Las Americas and Adeje Golf courses within 5-10 minute drive.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who's details will be given to you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.

A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.
 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Susan says: "This was a lovely apartment, it was a long walk uphill but worth it for the wonderful views. We were very lucky as we had no one in the adjoining apartments so it was very secluded and quiet. We spent many happy hours sunbathing on the balcony. A very enjoyable week."
