One bedroomed apartment furnished to a high standard for you to enjoy all the "home from home" comforts. This apartment is on the first floor with a balcony which is south facing and enables you to enjoy the sunshine with fantastic sea views. If you like to escape from the direct sun we have a canopy which can be adjusted and will then provide as much shade as you like. If you wish to spend a romantic evening in the apartment, as we have full cooking facilities you can share a meal on the balcony whilst the early evening sun disappears.

For your entertainment we have provided a selection of videos/dvd's and cd's. If you like to chill out with a book there are a good selection of them provided for you to enjoy.

During the day enjoy sunbathing round the inviting pool and if you have children there is also a childrens pool just a few yards away from the main pool. There are many sunbeds around the pool area for you to enjoy and as added comfort we have provided cushioned mats for these.

 

Apartment is ideally located between the old & new town of Puerto Del Carmen so you can enjoy the best of both worlds whichever you prefer. Shops, restaurants and bars are all situated within 5 minute walk from the apartment. As you are only 10 minutes away from the main Avenida in Puerto Del Carmen you can enjoy many long walks along the beach front, although if you are more adventurous you may wish to visit Playa Chica which offers many water activities with diving being one of the most popular. 

Puerto Del Carmen is one of main tourist areas of Lanzarote and even though it has grown immensely over the last 20 years it still maintains many of its old features, like the harbour in the old town where there are many nice restaurants, a dream if you are a fish lover. There are also many bars in the Puerto Del Carmen are ranging from Live music to easy listening, to the club scene for younger visitors. By booking a self catering apartment means that you can indulge in the various cuisines that are available in resort i.e. Japanese/Mexican/Italian/Chinese/Canarian etc. Within our information folder in the apartment we list a few favourites.
