This one bedroomed apartment is furnished to a high standard and has all your "home from home" comforts. As this apartment is on the first floor there are lovely sea views from the balcony. There is a sofa bed and recliner chair in the living room along with a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also table & 4 chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy the view. There are twin beds in the bedroom along with ample wardrobe space. Cushioned mats are provided for the sun loungers at the pool and these are stored in the wardrobe. There is also a safe provided for your peace of mind. Washing machine is also in the apartment to help save your luggage allowance. For this same reason we also provide beach towels for your use.  

The Las Vistas Complex is maintained to a high standard and pool/garden areas are kept clean on a daily basis. The pool area is very inviting and there is a childrens pool just a few yards from the main one.

There is also a cafe/bar on site which is a run by a spanish family who are very friendly and welcoming. Internet access is also available in this bar. The complex also has a pool table. 

Las Vistas is ideally situated for visitng the old & new towns of Puerto del Carmen. There is a large "Spar" supermarket jsut across the road from the complex where you can buy everything from toilet rolls to fresh meat.

There are many bars & restaurants within 5 minutes of the complex, if you are a lover of fish head for the old town as the restaurants down there always have many varieties.

For those who like walking you can actually walk along the main Avenida (Beach front) from the old town of Puerto Del Carmen (Fariones) right along to Playa Honda, the next village. If you prefer things a little more energetic head to Playa Chica beach where all types of water activites are available. We have a folder in the apartment detailing all the main attractions on the island and some of our favourite restaurants.
