We bought this villa because it offered a step above what one normally gets whilst on holiday. All the comforts of home where you can sit in the sun outside your patio door or take but a few short steps into the pool.

The villa comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the in living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, cycling, golf.

5 minute walk (along the beach or road) to centre of resort, with numerous bars and restaurants.

christine says: "The villa appartment was really well furnished and tastefully decorated.All the home comforts were provided, including bath towels,bath robes,a bowl of fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge which was greatly appreciated! The appartment was in an excellent location being south facing which meant we had plenty on sun on the patio. The resort facilities were excellent and the staff were extremely friedly and helpful and the whole layout of the resort seemed to be really well thought out and designed and looked like it would be well suited for families. The resort location was good being not too close to the centre of costa teguise but close enough to walk to get to other beaches and restaurants. The resort also had everything you would need if you didn't want to venure out. It was certainly nice to be have somewhere comfortable to relax in if you wanted a bit of time out of the sun. We had a great holiday there and have already recommended it to friends and family and would definitely return."
