This Villa is set in an 800sq mt plot and has outstanding views over the golf course and out to sea, the villa has been furnished in a very contempory fashion giving it a very light and spacious feel it, has 3 good size bedrooms that have a double bed in the main bedroom with en-suite and twin beds in the other two there is an additional family bathroom, there is a very large lounge /diner that leads onto the large patio and garden the seperate kitchen also leads onto the garden.

There is a lcd flatscreen tv with satelite and dvd player & cd player, 2 luxury sofas & leather armchair, dining table and 6 chairs in the lounge area.

There is a oven hob & grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron & board in the kitchen also table & 4 chairs.

The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, mirrors & shelves  

There is a large garden and large patio area all south facing gets the sun all day, with sunbeds tables & chairs and swinging chair, there is a BBQ.

For golf lovers you could not ask for more the course is fantastic and not to difficult but still a real test perfect resort golf.
Even if you do not play golf the villa is perfectly situated being only a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

the villa is situated on one level there is no ramp into the villa but as long as there is someone able bodied to help there should not be a problem 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, a museum, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.
