About Villa Therese
A stunning detached Villa with its own private heated pool in a quiet residential area but within a 5 minute walk of local amenities and lovely coastal walks with views across to Fuerteventura.
Ideally suited for all age groups being on one level from families with young children to the more mature.
Villa Therese sleeps 4.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and has access via double doors to the pool area.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1, with shower over bath and WC.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and overlooks the private pool.
Bedroom 2 has access to separate walk-in shower and WC.
The lounge is furnished with twin leather sofa's, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, contemporary wooden furniture. Marble floors throughout. There is a selection of CD's, DVD's and a growing library.
The kitchen is well equiped with oven hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, glasses and cutlery also in utility room there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying stand.

As the name suggests there are many beautiful sandy beaches in Playa Blanca the nearest is a 5 minute drive away however there are some lovely
mountain and coastal walks nearby. The famous Papagayo beaches are said to be amongst the best in Spain.
Car hire is recommended. Arrecife airport to Villa Therese is a 30 minute drive.
The resort centre of Playa Blanca is a 5 min drive away as is the newly developed Marina Rubican with its designer shops, restaurants, boardwalks and luxury yachts. Timanfaya National Park with its volcanic activity is only 15 mins away. The beautiful villages of Fermes and Yiaza and El Golfo 15 mins,
Puerto del carmen and the lovely marina at Puerto Calero 20 mins and the Sunday market village of Tequise a 40 min drive.
Within a stones throw of Villa Therese there are a number of local shops including a Minimart for your essentials in the same location you will also find a French bakery/patisserie, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean restaurants, a Spanish cafe bar.
There are also British pubs to catch up with major sporting events.
