Superior Luxury 5 to 7 bedroom Luxury Villa, Near Callao Salvaje, Tenerife

This truly amazing detached "country house" style private villa is set in its own grounds of 2/3 of an acres with spectacular sea and mountain views.

The villa has just been fully refurbished throughout and is furniture is to high quality. As you meander through the many bedrooms and corridors it really gives the feeling of a beautiful Country Manor of the kind not seen in Tenerife.

The private heated pool has roman steps which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds, patio furniture, gas BBQ and also offers splended views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. The shallow end of the pool is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard.

The villa used to be home to large riding stables and some of the stables have been turned into fun rooms, including a Gymnasuim, a games room with a pool table and dart board and a separate table tennis table. There is a 32 x 17 metre sand fllodlight football pitch/volleyball court, childrens 25 x 16 metre sand playground with swings and slide, and several huge sun terraces with stunning sea views. As you can see from the photos there is ample off street parking area.

The main Villa consists of 5 bedrooms and a study which offers free internet access. There are many TVs throughout with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky sports, kids and movie channels plus DVD players.

The huge master bedroom is 11 x 5 metre with a large double bed and walk in wardrobes, and a large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom is even bigger at 12 x 7 metre with double bed, leather sofa, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower.

There are 3 other bedrooms, two with a double and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have either air conditioning or free standing fans. There are 4 luxury fully tiled bath/shower rooms throughout .

The fully fitted kitchen has all the items that you would expect from the luxury property dishwasher, american fridge with cold water and ice machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave etc. The french doors from the kitchen walks out on to a large pergola type terrace which offers another dining table and chairs for 8 people.

The lounge has seating for 12 and measures 14 x 6m with a split level dining area for a further 8 people, there is 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, this room also offers a hifi system. There are 2 utility rooms which includes washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with board. There is a free cot and high chair on offer for your use.

As well as the 5 bedrooms in the main villa, the property offers a separate large self contained 2 bedroom apartment with its own front door, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubile and a large/diner that has link TV from tha main villa (please note if you dont require the apartment then it will remain empty and free from other guests).

This is a truly remarkable property and you will not be disappointed.

 

This magnificent villa is situated 2km outside the southern resort of callao salvaje.

The Country House is situated in a stunning and tranquil area with no other buildings nearby. It offers stunning views across the sea to the island of La Gomera. There is a local supermarket, restaurant, bar, tennis courts and some shops only 750 metres away. This Villa is a 2/3 minute drive to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc.

It is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out.

2 golf courses at Adeje and Abama are within 10 mins drive with the Las Americas course being 20 mins away.

The resort of Los Gigantes with it's huge cliffs and wonderful views are about a 25 minute drive.

The local beach itself is half sand half pebble. One of the best beaches on the island at the Playa Del Duque is a short 10 minute drive away. Surrounded by the Islands most beautiful and expensive Hotels, it's a fantastic place to spend the day, with many good restaurants, pavillion bars (on the beach) and good designer shopping close by! The beach also offers nightly chillout sessions in their Morrocan style desert tents, with music and waiter service.  

The price of the villa is for 10 people using the main body of the villa. It can actually sleep 12 people, so for each extra person please add £100 each on top of this price.

The price for the separate two bed flat is £350.

So the pricing works on 4 levels and all these options can be selected when you book via a tick box option:

1) The main villa (10 people or less) on it's own.

2) The main villa with 11 or 12 people with a £100 supplement per extra person above 10 people.

3) The main villa (10 people or less) plus the separate flat.

4) The main villa (11 or 12 people) plus the separate flat.

The pool at the villa is electrically heated. The villa has a small football pitch, a volleyball area, games room and gym!

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, walking, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

The Villa is well located for exploring Mount Teide and it's wonderful cable car ride!

Emily says: "This was a really lovely villa with tonnes of space, great showers, and a kitchen that has everything you could need... (except a second oven to keep things warm in..). It has lovely sea views and the pool is a good size. Lots of activities to do around the villa. Los Gigantes which is 20 mins drive to the west of the villa is well worth a trip as there is lots of nice restaraunts and fabulous views of the cliffs. A car is a must for this villa. Sean the caretaker was very helpful in organising daytrips for us too, I would recommend the 4.5 Hour Whale and Dolphin trip! Brilliant. Overall a really nice stay and everyone in our party was raving about the place to friends and family."
