Having a privately owned apartment to rent in Park Santiago is very rare and this apartment is quite unique. The bedroom is upstairs and therefore completely separate from the main living area. However, there is a small area off the main bedroom where there are two single beds, meaning a 3rd and 4th person have their own space too. With a double sofa bed in the living room this apartment can sleep up to 6 people. (5 preferred).

This apartment is looked after by a local Property Management company who have offices nearby. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book and are also in the apartment. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are always on hand should you require them.

They also provide a taxi meet and greet service from the airport and supply car hire. Please enquire about rates when you book. 

Please note - the twin beds, are in an area off the main bedroom but are not a separate bedroom.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Eric says: "The apartment is clean, comfortable and well maintained. All amenities and home comforts were made available and we were very pleased with the first and lasting impressions. Parque Santiago 1 is well placed for bars and restaurants yet well away from any hustle and bustle in this quiet apartment facing the pool. Would suggest that the apartment is very well suited to families and couples but because its on the second floor with stair access only, this could become difficult for anyone with a disability. The agents for the owner, Sunway are only a short walk away and very helpful should you need any assistance."
