The Apartment
This is a new Apartment on a brand new complex. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate shower room.
The lounge is a sunny and bright room and has a double sofa bed and matching armchair, satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4), DVD Player and a radio/cd/cassette player. The patio doors lead out to a large L shaped balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds and overlooks the bowling green and has views to the sea.
The fully fitted kitchen consists of full size oven and hob, fitted fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast bar.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. The Apartment also has a safe.
The International bowling green is an added feature on this complex so if you like a game of bowls now and then. or think you might like to try a game or two whilst on holiday, you will be able to book the green for a small fee.
The Winter Gardens complex is situated a few minutes walk to the new marina and approximately a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre where there are bars, restaurants, shops and nightly entertainment. There are also bars/restaurants, shops and supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk.
Winter Gardens has a stunning pool area which has been well designed so it keeps the sun until the last ray disappears! The pool bar / snack bar is therefore a fantastic place for an early evening drink to watch the sun go down.
The complex also has a high quality restaurant, evening entertainment, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi (small charge), a snooker room and a sports bar showing all the major sporting events.
