Privately owned one bedroom newly furnished apartment (July 2007) in low-rise block, situated on the top floor offering magnificent views of the ocean and golf course from the lounge terrace. A lovely bright and spacious Apartment with 2 large sets of patio doors leading to two seperate large terraces. One west facing and one east facing giving maximum sun. Conveniently situated for all amenities it is an ideal place for that holiday in the sun without the hustle and bustle of the main tourist resorts. For golfers, there will be no better environment to enjoy your sport and relax in a number of varied restaurants and bars after your game. Magnificent views of ocean, mountains and golf course. The site is also of particularly interest ornithologists. Tenerife is noted for its all year round climate and its golf courses. The apartment overlooks the fairway and green of the 6th hole on the Amarilla championship Golf course. Several other golf courses are nearby. English TV

Bedroom: 1 double bed with memory foam mattress topper. 2 additional full size Single Beds with full size luxury mattresses suitable for adults are also available if required - bedding supplied. These are portable and can be used in the lounge. Large double wardrobe. Single wardrobe. Set of tall drawers. Bedside cabinets. Full size TV/DVD/CD player, Bedside lamps, Alarm, Fan.

Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer box, 4 ring Electric Hob, Oven, Grill, Extractor Fan, Microwave, Kettle, Hand blender, Small Food Processor, Toaster, Cappuccino/Expresso Coffee Machine, ample Crockery, Glassware, Utensils etc. Fire Alarm

Bathroom: Newly refitted and retiled, Full size bath, WC, Sink, Shower, Towels supplied. Washing machine.

Internal Entertainment:Audio tape player, Radio, CD player, English TV, DVD, Video, 2nd TV & DVD/CD player in the bedroom.
External Features: 2 large terraces one east facing and one west facing to maximise sun. Complete with Tables,
Chairs (both terraces), Sun Loungers and full width canopy over lounge terrace.
Solar lights illuminate both terraces at night. Ample car parking is available.
Outdoor equipment: Available to take to pool or beach includes: Picnic set, Cool flasks, Cool bags. 

This apartment is on the top floor of low-rise complex built in 1988. It offers outstanding views from the rear terrace which over looks the golf course, the Ocean, and Mount Teide. Sit on the golf side terrace with a cooling drink and experience the magnificent sunsets. Sunbathe on the loungers provided all day, as each balcony in turn has full sun (or shade if you prefer).

The complex has a number of private swimming pools (heated during the winter months) and is just a couple of minutes walk away from all local amenities.

Amarilla Golf is conveniently situated 10 minutes drive from the airport, with the resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas about 15 minutes drive away. Whilst situated near these lively resorts you are close enough to enjoy them, yet far enough away to leave them behind.

Entertainment : Amarilla golf enjoys a number of bars and restaurants, from poolside bars to sports bars, cafes to a la carte and entertainment including bingo, karaoke and cabaret shows. The bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away, the new marina is also close by and the main square of Golf del Sur, San Blas, is approximately a 20 minute walk where you will find plenty of activity going on in the evenings with entertainment out in the open. The local restaurants offer varied cuisine of a high standard.

The golf course at Amarilla is an 18-hole championship course where you can enjoy the incredible views of the majestic Mount Teide. During your round you are surrounded by a broad variety of typical Canarian flora. Designed by Donald Steel, it is able to take advantage of the beautiful contrasts of the Island to achieve a varied course between ravines and the Atlantic Coast. From the first tee, the player discovers the spectacular ocean views. The most impressive part of the course reaches its peak at the 5th hole. This is truly a gem for golf lovers, where the sea becomes a fairway, making it necessary to cross it in order to reach the green. Currently under construction are a further 9 holes.

A large number of bookings are from returning guests. many who return year after year. Early booking is recommended to avoid dissapointment.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the (please note - not sofa beds but 2 x full size single beds to go in the lounge). This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.

The apartment is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum.

We had a lovely relaxing break. What a wonderful view, we hardly moved from the balcony, even though I still don't understand the rules of golf. Excellent entertainment watching the lesser players grovelling in the shrubs for their lost balls, and the unfortunate ones trying the dodge the sprinklers. We enjoyed the walks along to Golf del sur and Los Abrigos found plenty of nice restaurants, much cheaper than previous stays in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. We will certainly book with you again, your apartment is very well equipped and must have one of the best views in the area.

Until last week we had no idea that watching people hit a little white ball could be so entertaining especially when they went "gardening"!
