Villa Louisa is a brand new luxury Villa situated in an enviable position on the edge of the famous Costa Adeje Golf Course, Tenerife. With spectacular views to the sea and La Gomera, you will not be disappointed. The lovely fishing village of La Caleta is close by offering fabulous food from restaurants that you will want to visit over and over again, and the famous Del Duque beach is only a five minute drive away, where you will be able to watch the world go by in the fabulous bars and restaurants, or maybe you would prefer to shop at the wonderful Jewellery and clothes stores? 

Furnished to an exceptionally high standard Villa Louisa offers a luxuriously comfortable environment where you have the space to sit back, relax and enjoy yourself. Entrance to the villa is via a secure alarm entry system with off-road parking behind an electric gate.
Through the main entrance you will appreciate the large open plan living space and the wonderful view of the pool and the sea beyond. From the entry vestibule you can access the luxury kitchen, separate dining room and contemporary lounge, the ground floor bedroom and wc/shower room and the staircase to the upper rooms. The modern kitchen consists of wall and floor units, with marble work surfaces and is complimented with top quality appliances by Siemans and Bosch, including Oven-hob, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. You can also access the utility room from the kitchen which comes with a washing machine and drying area.
Passing through to the dining area and lounge, you will see the contemporary furnishings, beautiful glass topped dining table with six leather chairs and patio doors leading to an atrium area. The dark brown L-shaped leather sofa is wonderful to relax on and the coffee tables are a perfect resting place for that large glass of wine! The massive 50� Samsung plasma TV sits above a contemporary low level unit and comes complete with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and other English and Spanish channels, as well as a DVD & CD player.

The staircase leads you to the two double bedrooms the superb master bedroom suite with separate wardrobe and dressing area, ensuite bathroom, kingsize bed with leather headboard, contemporary paintings and a spectacular view over the atlantic ocean and neighbouring island of La Gomera, it even has its own terrace with two fabulous lounge chairs and coffee table, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment! The second bedroom also features a kingsize bed with wonderful views and access to a modern shower room. 

Through the grand patio doors you are greeted by two fabulous sofas and large glass topped coffee table, to the side we have a patio table and six chairs and a huge telescopic sun shade. Beyond the Nowmow grassed area you will find the large fully heated 7.5 metres by 3.25 metres pool and six high quality sun loungers.
We provide a mid-stay clean for booking durations of 14 days, 21 days, 28 days etc. If you booking is less than 14 days then a clean can be arranged for 120 euros payable locally. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a zoo.
