The apartment is located in the Terrazas de la Paz complex on the 1st Floor (top floor penthouse), which is only 10 minutes from the airport. The 2 large terraces have wonderful sea views, plus a patio table and chairs. The lounge comprises of a double sofabed and an armchair, TV, and the dining area seats four people. The bedroom sleeps two people, having 2 single beds, and has a large wardrobe for your belongings, and the fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine.

Terrazas de la Paz boasts two swimming pools. It's only a five minute walk to the Commercial Centre, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Golf del Sur is built around a 27 hole Championship golf course right on the coast, and is a beautiful oasis of greenery. In addition to the golf you can find a brand new Championship bowling green, crazy golf, gymnasiums and saunas.
