This lovely detached Villa offers fantastic sea and golf course views and a glistening private pool. (Can be heated)..

Alongside the private swimming pool there is a sheltered side terrace with a small border consisting of tropical shrubs. Sunbeds are provided along with garden furniture and a barbeque. To the front of the Villa there is a small garden area consisting of tropical trees and shrubs. The the back of the Villa where the swimming pool is situated overlooks the golf course and also has views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Villa is fairly spacious with a large lounge area leading out to the swimming pool and side terrace via two sets of French doors.

All the furniture is modern and new, including some lovely comfortable leather sofas. There is a dining area and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is new with a breakfast table and large American style fridge / freezer.

All the bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are sparkling and fresh.

The master bedroom, with double bed, has an ensuite bathroom and the two remaining bedrooms have twin beds in each room. There is also a second bathroom. The Villa has a safe.

Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). The villa is ideally located for local amenities. Amarilla Golf and Country Club is a quiet resort with a scattering of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Being set right on the border of the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur is just a few minutes’ walk to the new marina. Here there is a very pretty sea front promenade full of good quality restaurants and bars. Further into the resort, is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. At the other end of the resort, next to the new marina, you will find a very pretty sea front promenade full of restaurants where you can dine al fresco overlooking the sea. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.

A welcome pack can be provided at extra cost - consisting of items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer . Towels and linen change weekly.

Property Management

You will be met on arrival by the caretakers of the villa who will give you the keys and make sure you are comfortable.
 

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The villa is ideally located located on the edge of the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur. A 5 min stoll will take you to the new marina that separates the two resorts. Here you will find a gorgeous sea front promenade with high quality sea front restaurants and bars.

Further into the resort, there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine.

Eddie says: "We were very pleased with this property we stayed in for 9 days over xmas and new years. Although under the flight path when there were no planes flying overhead it was very quiet neighbourhood. The reclining sofas were very confortable and well used. The pool was great too. Id certanily recommend this property to friends and would stay there again if im on holiday in Tenerife again. Jim the caretaker was very herlpful too. Thanks Eddie."
