This lovely semi-detached Villa is set in one of the most prestigous complexes in Golf Del Sur, Las Adelfas II.

The villa is unique as it benefits from 3 bedrooms all with ensuites! The 3rd bedroom is completely separate from the rest of the villa. It has recently been converted into virtually a separate self contained flat. This is all totally brand new with kitchenette, small living area with two leather sofas, TV, bathroom, twin beds and a further pull out bed.

The villa has recently been refurbished and is beautifully furnished throughout, thus providing high quality accommodation. The living room is equipped with a wide-screen 32 inch TV, DVD player and Satellite uncluding BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. There is a leather sofa with two leather armchairs and a coffee table. The living room leads to the dining room with table and chairs. From here there is a small outside front terrace.

The main bedroom has a double, the 2nd bedroom has twins and the 3rd (in the separate flat) also have twin beds. All bedrooms have ensuites bathrooms. The Main Bedroom and the upstairs bedroom are both equipped with TV/DVD combi units, getting the same channels as the living room.

The well equipped kitchen is well laid out and full of modern appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has been refitted to a high standard and includeds oven, hob, microwave and integrated fridge. The adjoining utility room has a new washing machine and fridge-freezer. Every effort has gone into bring home comfort to your holiday.

The kitchen leads to an outside back terrace where you can dine "al fresco" and enjoy the evening temperature.

Each bathroom has been completely refurbished. The main bedroom has a bath and a shower and upstairs has a luxury massage shower!

up to 2 people = one bedroom will be made available
3- 4 people = two bedrooms will be made available
5 -8 people = three bedrooms will be made available

If you are party of 4 people or less then this price is based on the 3rd bedroom not being used and locked up. If you require the 3rd bedroom then you will need to pay the price for 5 people. 

Property Management

This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company who have offices in Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by and on hand should you require them.

They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the Villa. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The Villa has an outside terrace with dining table and chairs The 3rd bedroom is upstairs but requires you to walk outside so is separate from the main building. It offers complete privacy from the rest of the villa.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

The complex is next to the golf course and Tennis Club.

This Villa is well positioned to explore Mount Teide and it's fabulous cable car ride!

John says: "The photos on the web site did not do this villa justice. Tons of space with all of the home from home comforts provided. The upper one bedroom apartment was ideal for our boys as it gave them there own space to come and go without disturbing the rest of us. Lovely location immaculately clean, well maintained and just around the corner from the pool and bar resturaunt. We hired a car which gave us easy access to the surrounding towns and villiages water parks etc. Short drive to Los Christioanos and Las Americas but if you dont have a car there appeared to be a very regular bus service. Didnt want to go home! Will definately use this Villa again. P.S. On arrival we assumed that the Las Adelfas II Reception would provide us with keys etc as we had not received arrival instructions after contacting the web address on the site twice. The keys were not available but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping us contact the agent. A bit of a worry on arrival but this was resolved fairly quickly after leaving a message on th agents mobile phone. Make sure that you have your arrival instructions for key uplift before you set off from home. "

Just one point, I emailed you the arrival instructions about 2 weeks before departure you on your booking form you gave us the wrong email address! No matter, as you say, it was resolved within minutes when you arrived.
