The Apartment
1 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment - Sleeps 2 only
This beautfiful and brand new Apartment located on the fourht (top) floor is of the very highest standard and luxuriously furnished.
Brand new on the rental market (end of Jan 08) this apartment is less than 3 years old and has hardly been used. We believe it is the highest quality apartment in the area. No expense has been sparred in furnishing the apartment and everything looks gleaming and new.
A real feature of this gorgeous penthouse is that the balcony has a retractable cover - with the cover over the balcony it becomes almost like a conservatory - with it retracted you have a lovely sunny balcony to saok up the sun on!!
At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a really nice coffee shop (nice cakes!) and a chemist.
Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.
There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!
