This brand new villa, Las Claudias is a modern design duplex semi-detached villa with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilet. Spacious lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. The lounge boasts wide glass doors opening out on the garden, sun patio, private swimming pool with sea views and barbeque area.

The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and private balcony with sea views. There is also private parking for two cars.

The all year round climate of Fuerteventura allows you to enjoy and spend most of your time outside which is why the living room has been designed with wide glass doors which integrate the garden giving a sensation of space.

Villa is prepared & cleaned for your arrival with a meet & greet service. With new linen changed weekly. Bath towels are provided but please supply your own beach/pool towels & tea towels.

 

Nuevo Horizonte , Costa de Antigua is situated some two minutes north of Caleta de Fuste, a purpose built holiday resort on the east coast of Fuerteventura, about fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the island capital of Puerto del Rosario.

Costa de Antigua is a mainly residential area with a few hotels. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby although a wider choice can be found in the neighbouring Caleta de Fuste which has been developed in such a way that it can be enjoyed by everyone who appreciates a safe, relaxing holiday in a friendly environment. Also in nearby Caleta can be found two 18 hole golf courses, Golden sandy beach as well as the Atlantico shopping centre and several brand new 4 and 5 star hotels and complexes.

 

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.

Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.

You also receive a 24hr emergency tel No of our property manager Who also provides a meet & great service at the Villa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in single bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa was very relaxing & comfortable , a beautiful villa. It was ideally located the quiet surroundings of the village &yet a stroll or bus ride to Calleta de Fuste , the swimming pool/ garden was very relaxing although windy but wind appreciated at times. The bus route was ideally located as taxis only took 4 & there was 5 of us, it was very cheap, we even returned to airport by bus.
Would highly recommend Chinese restaurant in Antigua, fab food great service & very friendly owners -full every night. Overall wonderful setting-all the necessities close by supermarkets pubs walks & scenery. Alex was very helpful and friendly. Will return in the future.
