Well equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom privately owned holiday Villa with views of the golf course and Atlantic ocean.
The master bedroom consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom consists of one double bed plus a single bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also an additional family bathroom. This Villa will comfortably sleep 6 people.
There is a fully fitted kitchen area along with a bright and sunny lounge/diner with patio doors giving access to the private swimming pool and sunbathing area.
The Swimming Pool area enjoys an abundance of sun and has lovely views over the golf course to the sea.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few quiet bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The vila is ideally located on the edge of the resort, close to the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur. A 5 min walk will take you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur which has a lovel sea front promenade full of good quality restaurants and bars.
Further on from there, you will more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of the villa.

10minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack can be provided at an extra cost - consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer. Towels and linen change once a week.

Richard says: "The property was ideal for us - a very pleasant view over the golf course to the ocean for the adults and a lovely pool for the kids. The villa itself was clean and fresh and a welcome pack had been thoughtfully provided on our arrival.
The large pool was unheated, but this was absolutely fine for the time of year we went (October.) There are nice beaches near by, and other attractions (water parks etc) are no more than 15 minutes drive away.
On the negative side, you are right under the flightpath to the airport and while there arent a huge number of flights, some might find the noise annoying. The restaurants in the purpose-built village within walking distance were also pretty bad (and somewhat soulless) but as we have children, wed planned to eat in anyway. Lastly, the pool was wonderful for us, but might be a little deep for some my 12 year-old daughter could not touch the bottom at either end."
