THIS VILLA "THE YELLOW MELLOW LODGE", IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GARDEN / SWIMMING POOL OF THE VILLA THAT MY WIFE MARIA AND MYSELF LIVE IN ALL YEAR. IT IS A VERY RELAXING PLACE IN A VERY ANTIQUE AREA OF VIAGRANDE NAMED "VISCALORI". THE HOUSE WAS ORIGINALY BUILT AT THE BEGINING OF THE 18TH CENTURY AND WAS TOTALY REBUILT IN 2001 WITH RESPECT TO THE ANTIQUE DRAWINGS FOR THE OUTSIDE. THE INSIDE HAS A FULL BEAM WOOD CEILING AND A VERY LARGE SALOON THAT INCLUDES THE LIVING ROOM AREA AND THE DINING AREA. ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE HOUSE THE 17TH CENTURY CHURCH OF SAINT BIAGIO, VERY , VERY BEAUTIFUL. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CAR BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS TO SEE AND TO DO THAT ARE NOT IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE VILLAGE HAS EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE NEEDED: SHOPS , BANKS, PHARMACY, SHOPPING CENTERS, RESTAURANTS, DISCOTEQUE DANCING. THE DISTANCE OF ALL IS FROM 100 METERS TO 2 KM. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS AREA BECAUSE IT IS SO LIVABLE FOR THE PERFECT CLIMATE IT HAS ALL YEAR ROUND. THE AIR IS VERY PURE AND CLEAN AND PERFUME FROM THE FLOWERS AND THE VEGETATION CHANGES ALWAYS GIVING YOU RELAXING SENSATIONS. THERE IS A BREATH TAKING VIEW OF MOUNT ETNA AT THE BEGINING OF THE VILLAGE. 

PERFECT FOR HONEYMOONERS, PEACE AND QUIET ALWAYS. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR THE COUPLE OF ANY AGE.
THE HOUSE ITSELF IS FULLY AND VERY WELL FURNISHED. IT HAS A COURTYARD ON ONE SIDE AND A GARDEN WITH A GREEN GRASS LAWN ON THE OTHER. THERE ARE MOSCHITO PROTECTION NETS ON ALL WINDOWS, THERE IS A GAS SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM, THERE IS A GIANT SHOWER, A BIG BATHROOM WITH BIDET, A LAUNDRY ROOM , A WARDROBE ROOM, A VERY COMFORTABLE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM AREA (48 SQUARE METERS) HAS TWO SINGLE SOFA BEDS THAT ARE VERY CONFORTABLE FOR CHILDREN. ALL THE BEDS HAVE ORTHOPEDIC MATRASSES. (only 3 people accepted at the most)
UPON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE GIVEN A DVD AS A GIFT. THIS DVD WILL GIVE YOU A FULL ILLUSTRATION OF CATANIA AND PROVINCE AND MOUNT ETNA . IT IS VERY USEFUL TO DECIDE WHAT TO SEE AND WHAT TO DO. THE HOUSE IS VERY, VERY CLEAN, COSY AND CONFORTABLE. YOU WILL FEEL VERY RELAXED AND READY TO START YOUR HOLIDAY IN THE BEST WAY.
AFTER EVERY DEPARTURE THE HOUSE IS TOTALY DISINFECTED AND CLEANED UP TO THE MINIMUM DETAIL. DIFFERENTLY FROM OTHER HOLIDAY HOMES, YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO PAY ANY EXTRAS AT ALL. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE STATED PRICE PER WEEK.

The house has one big bedroom with one double bed italian size (that's quite big) and in the living room, which is very large (50 square meters), the two sofas that can be seen in the pictures are single sofa beds, very confortable for children. They are with the open close system, so when not in use they are very comfortable sofas. The unique accomodation would be for 2 adults and 1 child. The house could take 4 people but we have decided to rent it to maximum number of three people, in order to guarantee the maximum confort for all. It is a particularly precious house and we would like to keep it in the best conditions ever. This may reduce the number of reservations but it does give maximun guarantees to those who decide to come. the house is particularly indicated for newly weds and for any aged romantic couple. It is Very, Very delightful to stay here.

The villa comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
